The Fifth Floor is available for professional photography and videography in a refined, light-filled setting designed with creatives in mind. Our venue is ideal for branding shoots, professional photoshoots, and styled shoots that require space, architectural interest, and abundant natural light.

Approved Uses
The venue may be booked exclusively for the following professional purposes:
- Professional photography
- Professional photoshoots
- Branding and marketing shoots
- Styled shoots (editorial, portfolio, or vendor collaboration)
- Professional video productions
Not Permitted
- Events or gatherings of any kind. Events must be booked separately through our event or wedding coordinators.
- Any event or gathering booked under a photography or videography rate will be required to pay the full event rental rate.
Bookings that do not align with these policies will not be approved.
Space Layout & Furnishings
For Professional Photoshoots, The Fifth Floor operates as a blank-use creative space. A limited number of tables and chairs will be available; however, no furniture, props, or décor are provided. All photographers and videographers should plan to bring any styling elements, furniture, or production items needed for their shoot. All items must be freestanding and removed by the end of the rental period.
Pricing & Use Policy
Professional Photoshoot rentals are $85 per hour, with Friday & Saturday availability offered upon request. This rental is strictly limited to professional photography and videography use only. Under no circumstances may a photoshoot booking be used to host an event, gathering, party, workshop, or any non-shoot activity of any kind. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and additional fees.
