Online booking requests for the Fifth Floor are merely a request to hold the selected date. It does not guarantee booking. 

Based on your event, we'll schedule a consultation and time to walk through the venue. At that time a 50% deposit will be required for your event, the remaining amount due 60 days prior to event date.
