Studio Information & Rules — Photography Rentals Only

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ:
This rental isONLY for photography use.No events, gatherings, workshops, meetings, parties, styled shoots with guests, or any other non-photography activities are permitted under this rate.
If the space is used for anything other than photography, you will be charged the full event rental price.
Hosting an event of any kind without an event contract will be consideredtrespassing and a violation of your rental agreement.

If you need the space for anything beyond photography, it must be bookeddirectly through our event coordinatorsat the appropriate event rental rate.

Kitchen Use:
Renters must stayout of the kitchen area.All kitchen items, décor, appliances, and supplies belong to The Fifth Floor andare not permitted for photography rental useat any time.

Parking

Parking is located on the south side of the building under the wooden arch. Additional parking can be found across the street in the parking garage or at The Junction.

Building Entrance

Enter on the east side of the building and head up to The 5th Floor.

Studio Rules

• Your rental time is for the exact hour(s) purchased.
  Do not arrive early or stay late.Early arrival or late departure will result in additional fees.

• For safety and privacy, the front door must belocked immediately upon entering.

• If doors are left unlocked at any time during or after your rental, a $500 fine will apply.Unsecured doors compromise our space, equipment, décor, and business operations.

• If you move furniture, it must belifted, not draggedto avoid damage.

• Reset all furniture, turn off lights, and leave the space clean and ready for the next renter.

• Please supervise children at all times and treat the space with respect. Damage or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.

• Kitchen Policy (repeated for clarity):
  The kitchen and everything inside it arestaff-onlyand not permitted for renter use or photography.

Leaving the Studio

• Pleasearm the alarmbefore you leave and return the key to the lockbox.

• If another photographer is booked immediately after you, you may hand off the key, but youmust text usat801-252-5366to confirm the transfer.
