Weddings with Ariel was created for couples who love our planning and design approach but are not hosting their wedding at The Fifth Floor. While weddings held at The Fifth Floor receive coordination and design services as part of our all-inclusive venue experience, this separate planning service allows couples at other venues to receive the same elevated level of expertise, organization, and care.

As a wedding venue owner, planner, and designer, Ariel brings a unique, behind-the-scenes understanding of what it takes to execute a seamless wedding day—no matter the venue. This dual perspective means every decision is made with intention, functionality, and real-world logistics in mind, not just aesthetics.

From vendor collaboration and layout flow to timeline precision and guest experience, we plan weddings that feel effortless, refined, and deeply personal—wherever you choose to say “I do.”

Full Service Wedding Planning & Design: Starting at $5,999

Our Full-Service Planning is designed for couples who want a beautifully curated wedding experience without the stress. This comprehensive service goes far beyond traditional planning by including full décor and design, ensuring your vision is thoughtfully executed from the big picture down to the smallest details.

From the moment you book, you’ll receive access to a personalized client portal complete with planning resources, checklists, and guides to keep everything organized and on track. We handle design support, décor management, vendor matchmaking, and ongoing communication—so nothing falls through the cracks.

This package includes milestone check-ins, unlimited meetings, up to five venue walkthroughs, custom layouts, seating charts, and a detailed wedding-day timeline. On the wedding weekend, we provide a one-hour rehearsal and 12 hours of wedding-day coordination with a dedicated 2–3 person planning team, allowing you to be fully present while we manage every detail seamlessly.

Partial Wedding Planning- starting at $4,999

Partial Planning is ideal for couples who want expert guidance and professional support while still taking the lead on key planning decisions. This service provides structure, clarity, and reassurance throughout the process—without taking over your vision.

You’ll receive access to a personalized client portal with planning resources, checklists, and guides, along with design support, décor management, invitation guidance, and ongoing planning assistance to keep everything moving smoothly.

This package includes milestone email check-ins, up to 10 one-hour planning calls, your venue layout and seating chart, and a fully customized wedding-day timeline. Wedding weekend support includes a one-hour rehearsal and 12 hours of coordination with a dedicated two-person planning team, ensuring your day is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Day-of-Coordination- Starting at $1,950

Day-Of Coordination is for couples who have planned their wedding and want a calm, experienced team to step in and professionally manage the wedding day itself. Our role is to execute your plans, oversee logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

You’ll receive access to a client portal with essential resources and checklists, along with vendor communication, a detailed venue layout, and a custom wedding-day timeline. Planning support includes two one-hour planning calls and one venue walkthrough to review details and align expectations prior to the wedding.

This package includes a one-hour rehearsal and 10 hours of wedding-day coordination with a dedicated one to two-person coordination team, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
